As a Singapore wedding photographer, I personally love The ballroom of The ST Regis Singapore John Jacob Ballroom which is the main ballroom in their premises.
As to a lot of people, ballroom that are bright means is good but that is not the case. The real prestigious ballroom normally have low ambient light to control the mood of the entire wedding. Low light doesn't mean lousy light and plenty of light doesn't mean is good light.

This photo is one of my favourite images! Most photographers will stop at this stage when the couple is up at the stage but when I saw the stage light following them till the stage, I know I can create something amazing! Here we go with this perfectly backlit image, I love how the light create a halo around the subject and how the groom SHI JIE lead GWEN graciously up the stage after their 1st march in to proceed with the cake cutting ceremony.
